Your Voting & Product Page’s Have Changed!

As we’re slowly changing the way you interact with Graphic Tide, and as we promised a few weeks back, you can now witness a big change with how you interact with your product and voting pages.

We’re really happy about the outcome of our new re-design and want to give you a big heads up about what features we have brought into the website, and for you to benefit from too!

Within this blog post I’m going to be giving you a tour of our newest features, including ‘Liking’ your favourite designs, the ability to comment and creating a community that supports fellow artist’s and designer’s, so lets get cracking with today’s blog post!

Comments

You can now give feedback, advice, tips and your own thought’s about your favourite t-shirt design’s. We want to start a community that gives quality advice, tip’s and feedback about the design’s which are within our voting and product designs, and you can be a part of this!

As artist’s and designer’s rarely get any feedback about their work, apart from forum’s and social media channels,  it’s important that these artists get some feedback about their work, and it would be good if these artists can get as much support as you can give them within the comment boxes.

Your Voting & Product Page's Have Changed!

Likes

Whenever you go onto a particular voting or product page, you can now ‘Like’ or ‘Love’ a particular design of your choice. Artist’s get a further insight into how popular their designs are, and who doesn’t want to share some love?

These likes or loves don’t go towards the total voting score of 30, but we think it’s a great to show some more appreciation to your favourite voting design’s, and those within our product pages too.

Your Voting & Product Page's Have Changed!

Within the voting and product page’s, viewers can now see the artist’s profile, which allows other people to get more of an insight into you as an artist or designer. As Graphic Tide is all about getting artist’s and designer’s name’s out there, it’s important that you fill up your profile to the limit, showing your website url, social media outlets and blogging platforms, so our community can click through to these websites, and for you to get more coverage of your work.

Rewards!

Following on from this, after our re-design of the website and Facebook voting (which I’ll talk about in a minute) is enabled, we’re going to be giving rewards for those of you who have filled up your profiles to the max. This includes your avatar, information about yourself, urls to your websites, and how active you are on Graphic Tide, like comments, tweets .etc. We’re a bit undecided about what these rewards will be, but we’ll be sure to get back to you when we’ve had a good think about this!

What Are We Working On Now?

When we’ve finished with re-designing the whole website, (our submit and about page, voting), were going to be focusing on our Facebook voting platform, which we’re equally as excited about! As we know that a lot of you are on Facebook, we thought that the combination of Twitter and Facebook votes would be fantastic, which you can massively benefit from!

You’ll still have to reach the golden 30 votes mark, but with Facebook voting, it’ll be easier for you to get to this mark!

What do you think about our new features?

Anything you’ll like to see within our website?

So thanks for visiting today, be sure to leave a comment below, as we would love to hear from you. Be sure to follow us on Twitter, Facebook and Tumblr, it will be great to see you on there. Thanks again, and have a great day!
