As Graphic Tide haven’t featured a Fine Art inspiration for a while or Painting inspiration at all, we thought it was about time we did! It’s an important discipline which we think a lot of you can become motivated, inspired and stimulated from. We’ve looked throughout the internet to find you some great paintings, from lots of different artists from all over the world. All of the images have been sourced back to to the relevant artists, so make sure you check out their portfolio of work, as there’s some great stuff out there from these guys.
Today, I’m going to be featuring that of Gary Kelley, a great artist / illustrator, who uses traditional means to produce his artwork. Taking inspiration from past cubists, he has created a body of work which I am in ore off, which shows his incredible painting ability, in terms of the colours he uses, his compositions and atmosphere which he creates.
The second artist I want to talk about is that of Binu Rojers, a fantastic artist whose landscapes and character paintings I particularly enjoy. His use of colours within his landscapes work so well together, and his attention to detail, particularly when looking at the foliage within his paintings, are an inspirational in themselves!
The last artist I want to talk about is Jaime Jones, who mainly works as a conceptual artist, whose paintings are out of this world, and quite literally! His paintings transform us into another dimension, and his paintings are quite chilling to look at, as he packs in a lot of atmosphere within every painting.
So thanks for visiting today, be sure to leave a comment below, as we would love to hear from you. Be sure to follow us on Twitter, Facebook and Tumblr, it will be great to see you on there. Thanks again, and have a great day!
