It’s that time of the week to indulge ourselves with some great Graphic Design Inspiration, to help motivate you with your current and up and coming projects, and help you become inspired by the best design the internet has to show us.

We’re going to featuring the work of Duane Dalton, Signapore based Bravo Company, and the fantastic work of Mackey Saturday, whose work we really enjoy here at Graphic Tide.

We want to say a big thank you to those of you who are busy voting on our voting platform, its great to see such great art and design in one place!

But let’s introduce you to some of the designers and studios that we’re featuring today!

Duane Dalton

Duane Dalton’s ‘Chop’ typeface strikes a new perspective upon letterforms within his typefaces.

With a strong structure for every letter he showcases, he creates an illusion and perspective for the eye to fixate upon – which adds a 3d element towards the typeface.

His next project features ‘Bittermallow’, which is a strong identity for a vegan website. The logotype represents the sticky side of a marshmallow, whilst adapting the bitter side by subtracting and cutting away between the letter ‘r’ and uppercase ‘m’.

A concise logotype reflecting the style of the brand as well as typeface, this is a great project by Duane.

Mackey Saturday

The process in creation of the Instagram logo, is delicately put together using a structured yet fluid approach, which creates a clean letter form.

Created by the fantastic Mackey Saturday, his work is clean, fluid, and is extremely effective in terms of design and approach.

We love the way you can see the construction of the typeface, as it gives you a good insight into how the type was developed!

Bravo Company

Singapore based Bravo Company have brought to life ‘Podi’, a delightful new restaurant found in the heart of the city.

The direction of the brand seems effortless by Bravo, creating a simple effective solution to the missions of the brand. Podi’s simple branding efforts are just brilliant and are very well executed.

Derived from a clear definitive emphasises of the name Podi, which means spices in Hindi, the brands identity shows the foundations of this idea wonderfully.

This fluid earthy approach is shown passionately throughout and guides the brands philosophy of being all natural in a bold strong direction.
