A great product design can really make a product sell, and make it stand out from a crowded marketplace. This is where companies can represent them and their brand, give their products an eye catching appeal, and make their audience keep coming back for more.<\/p>\n

As it’s so easy to get packaging design wrong, we thought it would be a good idea to show you some great packaging design, and get you inspired and motivated for your next project. I’m going to be talking about three design companies whose work really caught my eye, in terms of packaging design, typography and and the way it looks. I’m going to be running through design companies such as Perky Bros<\/a>, Shine United<\/a>, and Isabela Rodrigues<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Perky Bros<\/h3>\n

Perky Bros<\/a> packaging design for No Six Depot is a great example of fantastic design and illustration, mixed into one. I absolutely love the blue illustrations that sit on their packaging, and it communicates an authentic, organic and fresh brand. Theres not much to not like with this Graphic Design, it’s a beauty! <\/p>\n

Isabela Rodrigues<\/h3>\n

Isabela Rodrigues<\/a> redesigned Kerning, a Brazilian Coffee Subscription which is focused on designers and artists, who are interested in art and design. I love the packaging of Kerning, as it communicates a love of coffee and art together. A particular highlight is where they have used words like ‘Regular’, ‘Bold’, and ‘Light’, to represent the sizes of their products, which also relates to typography and design. The idea is not just fantastically executed, the look and feel of the products are just as eye catching, I really want to own a Kerning product!<\/p>\n

Shine United<\/h3>\n

The last design and ad agency I want to talk about is Shine United<\/a>, who designed a bread product for Angelic Bakehouse. The bread packaging communicates an angelic ethos, and comes across as pure and authentic. The packaging is brighty coloured, and would really stand out on a crowded supermarket shelf. Their colours are used in a very clever way, as they are both eye catching, but also represent the brand and bread well. This really makes this piece of design work stand out from the other boring bread products out there, it’s a great piece of design work here by Shine United. <\/p>\n
